At only £30 per person per night, our bunkhouse rooms offer great value accommodation for groups both large and small – ideal for an action filled holiday or relaxed rural break, and an inspiring place to share with others and enjoy the great outdoors.
With views boasting unparalleled vistas of Pen y Fan, it’s difficult to not be enamoured with the beautiful landscape and excited by the opportunities on your doorstep.
Perfect for groups looking for a great value rural retreat – the bunkhouse offers comfortable accommodation and boasts excellent facilities; a well-equipped kitchen, large dining and living rooms, outdoor patio/dining area, self-catering kitchens and cosy living spaces with log fires/wood burners – perfect for relaxing after a day on the hills!
All bedrooms have one, two, three or four bunk beds, and with no TVs in these rooms, this is a perfect chance for a digital detox – a real escape to the country.
Should you wish to explore the local area, pick up supplies or treat yourselves to a meal out – Argoed Lwyd is just a 10-minute walk from the National Park Visitor Centre and Tearooms, a 10 minute drive from the charming town of Brecon, and only a 10 minute amble down to the local pub.

The Farmhouse
Sleeps up to 25 in 5 bedrooms
Fully-equipped industrial kitchen, large dining room and lounge
The Longbarn
Sleeps up to 14 in 3 bedrooms
Open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge
The Annex
Sleeps up to 10 in 2 bedrooms
The Annex is linked to both the Farmhouse and Longbarn so can be hired with either accommodation type, extending the accommodation available to smaller groups
