Spa hotels and alternative therapy centres

Here in the National Park we are lucky to have some fabulous spa hotels, retreats and clinics in beautiful, tranquil surroundings.

A visit to a spa is often considered a luxury, but, according to experts, you don't just come away looking beautiful, spas also leave you feeling healthier.

Many spa treatments offer medical benefits. Massage, for example, helps to relieve stress and improve the detoxifying functions of the lymphatic system as well as improving circulation of the blood.

The spa at Peterstone Court is growing in reputation and excellence. It's located in the vaulted caverns once used as the house cellars, as it is thought that being close to the earth in the Brecon Beacons would naturally generate energy, making this the a perfect location.

Peterstone Court offers an holistic approach to wellbeing using only natural, organic products, a philosophy which has filtered down from the main house. The spa offers you the chance to relax in the Jacuzzi, detox in the sauna, take a dip the seasonal outdoor heated pool or work-out in the gym. Guests can sit in the Moroccan styled relaxation room after a treatment and just chill out.

The views of Cribyn and Pen y Fan from the house will also help you recharge. With this combination we know you will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and simply – lovely!
