The Crickhowell Resource and Information Centre (CRiC) situated in Beaufort Street is a visitwales networked tourist information centre. Take a tour of CRiC
CRiC is currently open Mon-Sat 10am-4.30pm, and provides an information service for tourists and residents of the area, selling maps and publications and locally produced gift items; CRiC has a WiFi enabled internet cafe serving Fairtrade coffee and tea and locally made cakes and ice cream; Upstairs at CRiC is the oriel CRiC gallery showcasing art and craft of local, Welsh and visiting artists and makers. Exhibitions change every 8 weeks.
CRiC has a conference room and offices to hire and provides secretarial services, such as photocopying, typing, faxing etc.
The Centre also houses the Volunteer Bureau, Dial-a-Ride and the local Archive Centre. These have their own opening times.
CRiC is a gold awarded green tourism business and prides itself on sourcing locally produced and/or environmentally friendly products to run the business.
