The Makers Crafts Galleries are unique, inclusive crafts galleries.  We run as collectives, by a very talented and committed group of artisans! You are always guaranteed a warm welcome…

The Makers Craft Gallery  Abergavenny

Where are we situated?
We are in the Creative Quarter in Monk Street, within the ground floor, quirky section of an old Georgian house.
This crafts gallery is home to over 30 makers, who moved from our previous base in Crickhowell together.
We are also very lucky to have our own garden, which hosts special events during art trails and arts festivals.

Which arts and crafts can you see?

In the link above you will be able to view all our members, who range from wood turners to photographers, glass artists to jewellers, textile artists to ceramics, leatherware to weaving.
These are all on display in our three rooms: The Skirrid Room, Deri Room, and Blorenge Room.

What else can you find?

Along Monk Street you will also find Broadleaf Books, an excellent maze of secondhand books, Louise Collis Studio, John’s framing studio, and resident artist Jez at the Tithe barn.
