Brecon Beacons National Park Visitor Centre

***Please note that the National Park Visitor Centre and cafe is closed until further notice***
To protect visitors and our staff, the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority has taken the decision to close its Visitor and Information Centres.
We will however operate a Telephone and Email Visitor Information service.
This will operate daily between 10.00am and 4.00pm
We also continue to fulfil orders from our online shop for maps, walking books and guides.

You’ll always find a warm welcome at the National Park Visitor Centre, often referred to locally as the Mountain Centre. A team of friendly and knowledgeable Information Officers are on hand all year round to help you make the most of your visit to the National Park.
You can fuel yourself for the day at the Tea Rooms which offer full breakfast, lunch and snack menus, along with a great range of tempting cakes and desserts. The Tea Rooms are licensed, so you can also relax and unwind after a rewarding day in the hills with a local beer or wine. There is a full range of teas, coffees and soft drinks too, to quench that well earned thirst.
Our shop is also open and is well worth a visit. It stocks those all-important maps and guides, along with a number of essential items that will help make your day go smoothly.
We have an outdoor play area with a fabulous view of Pen Y Fan.
