Good Day Out

Adventures with animals in the Brecon Beacons! Choose from our special tiny group activities that engage you with the farming, the landscape, rural skills and wildlife. Our attendees are mainly animal-loving adults but quiet children and intergenerational groups have a great time.  Pre-booking is needed, and as our locations are throughout the Brecon Beacons, directions are sent on booking. Join-in sessions from £30 per person and with our tiny group sizes, private sessions are available from £120.
 
Experiences include:
Piggy Walking with a “Pig-Nic”– take a stroll with some little Kune Kune piggies down the beautiful Senni Valley. Featured recently on ITV’s This Morning, BBC Online, and in The Times & the Daily Mail. Suitable for all ages and conducted in small groups.
 
Dinky Donkey Walking – take a pair of cute little Miniature Mediterranean Donkeys along ancient green lanes & open farmland carrying your snack picnic in special panniers. Views towards the central Beacons, weather permitting!  If you want to learn about animal communication, join our Dinky Donkey Agility Games with interaction and positive reinforcement training.
 
Have a go at moving sheep with a working Welsh Collie Dog on our Sheep Dog Morning. Great fun and improves your communication skills. Your talented trainer competes regularly for Wales and judges internationally.
