Trek with Alpacas in the Brecon Beacons.  Alpaca My Boots is an alpaca trekking company located on a working family farm, 3.5 miles outside of Brecon in the heart of the Brecon beacons National Park.
Join our friendly alpacas on an epic outdoor adventure on Mynydd Illtyd Common, up to Twyn y Gaer, an Iron Age hill fort.
Epic mountains, rolling hills and lush green valleys as far as the eye can see – our perfectly placed alpaca treks are an ideal way to enjoy the natural beauty of the Brecon Beacons National Park, with 360° viewpoints and photo opportunities aplenty.
When you arrive at the farm, it won’t take you long to spot our herd of affable alpacas roaming freely in the field. They love making new friends, and will often trot over to say hello when they see you!
Before we set off on your alpaca experience, we’ll talk you through the basics of alpaca handling and share some interesting insights into the history of these wonderful animals. You’ll then be matched with your very own alpaca buddy, who’ll accompany you across the fields and hills on our scenic mile long trek.  We can take a maximum of 25 Alpacas out with us.
Families are welcome, but we do not recommend our treks for those under 3 year old. Babies in backpacks and carriers can join us free of charge, but we do not allow pushchairs.
Booking is essential.
We look forward to seeing you at Alpaca My Boots. Your wooly friend awaits!
