Arch cottage a former barn-stable converted in 2021 using traditional methods of building methods using lime plaster and lime paints to create a beautiful cozy  2 bedroom cottage retaining oak beams and stone walls. With the added touches of modern facilities. Log fire in the lounge, comfortable sofas, Smart TV. Dinning area to enjoy romantic meals by the fire after a wonderful time in the breath-taking countryside. The kitchen has an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, nespresso coffee machine, ketttle, toaster and food preparation area. The bathroom has an electric shower over a bath, wash hand basin and toilet and Led lighting.  The bedrooms – kingsize bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, Usb charging points. Bedroom 2 has a 4ft wide double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, Usb charging point. Outside there is a lawned area and patio with table and chairs. Free Parking is next to the cottage. The cottage has excellent double glazing for sound proofing and insulation. The cottage is heated by electric complimented with a log fire. Arch Cottage situated in the heart of the “Bannau Brecheiniog National Park” just a mile from Brecon town on the edge of the village of Llanspyddid with its Theatre, Museum, Leisure center, Canal, golf courses, and some superb places to eat which cook with local produce and traditional ales. We are only a few minutes drive from the base of “Bannau Brycheinog Brecon Beacons” mountains and Pen-y-fan the highest point in south wales and from the cottage you can walk up through the village up onto Mynydd Iltyd a tranquil place to enjoy easy walking countryside and wonderful panoramic views or take a further walk to the visitor centre for a cream tea while relaxing with the amazing views of the National Park, later participate in a stargazing experiences offered by Dark Skies Wales. Or  you can drive to the visitors center and enjoy the view while charging your electric car.   Other local towns Crickhowell offering galleries and artisan shops,    Hay-on-Wye with its books and antiques and Thursday street market of local produce. For those wanting a bit more excitement there are many activities nearby Bike riding, Zip line, kyaking, canoeing, Horse riding, caving, Waterfalls, golf,  Fishing on the Usk and the Wye.
