Crickhowell

A wonderfully compact and well preserved Georgian town

Crickhowell

with a 13th century castle and 17th century bridge boasting more arches on one side than the other. Just a few miles down the road is Tretower Court the impressive Medieval manor house and castle.

Crickhowell is a holiday heaven. Easy to get to, excellent shopping, great accommodation and really, really good food. All this in a beautiful setting with easy access to the countryside no matter how energetic you feel. You can connect to challenging trails throughout the Black Mountains, gently follow the canal from Llangattock or stroll along the Usk in the Riverside Park.

For more information on the area visit Crickhowell's independent Tourist Information Centre.
