Our room with a view is yours to hire - on a half day or full day basis any day of the year, except Christmas Day.

Combined with our excellent home cooking you can arrange a private meeting, small conference or even a special party and we'll take care of the rest.

The Beacons Room overlooks the grounds of the Centre and has separate access to the public balcony.

Opening hours
The Beacons Room may be booked from 9.30 until 4.30pm and access before and after these times for setting up and taking down can be arranged in advance with Centre staff.

Sessions available for room hire:
Morning hire session 9.30-1.00
Afternoon hire session 1.30-4.30.
Full day hire 9.30-4.30.

These hours can, to a certain extent, be flexible. If you’d like a different hire session, please let us know and we will try and accommodate your any requirements you may have at the time of booking.

Evening hire of the conference room is also available on request - please contact the Visitor Centre for availability and rates.

The Beacons Room is available every day except for Christmas Day.

Catering
There is a choice of catering options availble for you to choose from. If you would like to order food and drinks, please complete the catering booking form and return it together with your room booking form. Lunch is normally served at 1pm. If you are hiring the room for a full day and would like to choose a more convenient lunch break and discuss specific dietary requirements, please contact our catering team who will be happy to discuss these with you.
