Grounds

You’ll find tall trees, two rivers, ponds and meadows to walk around and enjoy. We have plenty of seats and picnic benches too. Most of the paths in the Country Park are on level or gently sloping ground and some have hard surfaces.

Opening hours

The Country Park is open every day (except Christmas Day).
Parking: Short stay of up to 2 hours - £1.50. Longer stay / all day - £2.50. If you are a regular visitor, why not consider a season ticket?

Prices shown are for a full calendar year. Tickets bought for less than a full year will be charged at £2.25 per remaining calendar month for individual centres and £3 per month for joint centre tickets.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome but on leads please. We have one dog waste bin in the car park. Dogs are not permitted in the Hay Meadow area while sheep are grazing (winter months only – see local signs).

Toilets / baby changing

The toilets are open all day every day.
There is one unisex toilet for the disabled which is open 24 hours a day.
Baby changing facilities are inside the toilet for the disabled and include a changing table and waste bin.
