Pontypool Museum has changing exhibitions relating to the industrial, cultural & social history of this South Wales valley as well as an art gallery. The museum is housed in a Georgian stable block with a cobbled courtyard. All areas are on one level and fully accessible.

How to get there: Pontypool is on the south-eastern edge of the National Park. The museum is next to Pontypool Park close to the town centre.

Facilities: There is an onsite café and gift shop.

Parking: The museum car park has a sloping entrance and is surfaced with flattened cobbles, but it is close to the building.
