Tips for accessing Agendas and Minutes
How can I access agendas?
All agendas are available on the website approximately one week before the meeting. You can access papers in pdf or html format by clicking on the links below. The only exception are those items which would infringe copyright or would not be dealt with in public for reasons of confidentiality as set out in the Local Government Act 1972.
A hard copy of all agendas is available for inspection at National Park Headquarters, Plas y Ffynnon, Cambrian Way, Brecon. Tel 01874 624437.
Where can I find minutes of meetings?
Minutes are listed under the meeting date where they are presented to committee members. So for example minutes for a January meeting will appear in the associated papers for the next meeting of that committee.
Can I attend a meeting?
All meetings listed are open to the public, and members of the public can address the committee under our Public Speaking Scheme. The exception is where members are asked to consider information exempt under the Local Government Act as above.
Where can I find agendas prior to 2007?
Agendas for meetings held prior to 2007 can be found in the Archive Section. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact Julia Gruffydd.
