Speaking at Meetings

Committee meetings are open to the public, and members of the public are able to attend meetings to listen or to speak.

Depending on which committee you wish to speak at will depend on which form needs to be filled in.

Notice of request to speak should be received in writing by 10.00am two working days preceding the relevant Authority or Committee meeting. For example, if the meeting is on a Wednesday, requests should be received by 10.00am on the Monday preceding the meeting. You will be allocated a 3 minute slot at the discretion of the Chairman.

Details of the issues with which each committee deals, can be found here.
