Throw rope training
Today we had throw rope training down at Cwm Porth. The instructor - Paul Donovan - was great at his job and we all had a great time lobbing bags filled with wet rope at each other! Towards the end I was allowed to get in the water myself and pretend to drown as I’d bought my wetsuit with me - funny thing was nobody seemed to want to save me…..!
