Original Validation Requirements December 2010 Important Update - As of the 30th April 2012, new Legislation and guidance from the Welsh Government has come into effect to make some importance changes to the processing of some planning applications. The changes primarily affect the receipt and validation of applications by a Local Planning Authority.
