Applications Online

The Brecon Beacons National Park Authority offers two different online application services.

Public Access

The BBNPA Public Access service can be used to:

  • view application history for a property
  • view current applications, including documents
  • make comments about an application
  • find properties and applications on an interactive map

Please note that not all details of an application will be visible.  Basic application history is visible from 1993 onwards.  The main textual data should be complete  for applications made from 3 April 2006 onwards and the associated documents and consultee comments from 9 July 2007 onwards.

The system is not available from 9pm until early morning each weekday night due to maintenance requirements.

There is official guidance on what should be made available published by PARSOL (Planning & Regulatory Services Online) and every attempt has been made to ensure that the BBNPA's services comply with this guidance.

Planning Portal

The UK Planning Portal can be used for:

  • general information
  • building regulations guidance
  • information on energy saving and micro-generation
  • further guidance on making an application
  • applying online using the new 1APP process, please note that if you apply online it will be assumed that you would prefer to be contacted by email rather than post unless you inform us otherwise
  • appealing online
