Brecon Feature About Access and Rights of Way
Access is the key to the enjoyment and understanding of the National Park.
Brecon Feature Open Access and CRoW
The Countryside and Rights of Way (CRoW) Act 2000 introduced a new right for people to walk over areas of open countryside and registered common land in Wales and England. The new access rights came into force across the whole of Wales on 28 May 2005.
Brecon Feature Rights of Way Improvement Plan
The Rights of Way Improvement Plan was adopted in June 2007.
Brecon Feature Local Access Forum
Local Access Forums play an important role in advising on the improvement of public access in the area for the purpose of open-air recreation and enjoyment of the area.
