There’s an old Roman saying that hay smells different to lovers and horses. For those who know and love Hay on Wye this saying could take on a whole new meaning on Saturday 27th June when the mouth-watering aromas of the Hay Food Festival come to town.
Last month, Abergavenny Tourist Information Centre celebrated its 20th anniversary. Residents and visitors along with many local partner organisations – including Brecon Beacons National Park Authority, Abergavenny Town Council, Monmouthshire County Council and the Abergavenny and District Tourism Association – gathered at the local TIC to celebrate the vital role the centre plays in welcoming visitors and residents to the area.
