A popular footbridge providing vital access for the 100 mile “Holy Mountain to Bethlehem” Beacons Way route has been completed over the Grwyne Fechan river, near Llanbedr, Crickhowell.
Last Friday, Brecon Beacons National Park Authority appointed John Cook, former Director of Countryside as its new CEO with immediate effect.
The Authority's Office in Brecon will be closed from 4.30pm on Friday 22nd May and will reopen 8.00am on Tuesday 26th May 2009.
Emerging artists from six local schools have been challenged to think differently about art and the environment when they took part in the new Beacons Way ‘Art in the Park’ project in Brecon Beacons National Park recently.
