Standing near the northern gateway into the Rhiangoll valley and the Black Mountains this small, ancient market town packs a punch well above its size.
If you’re stopping enroute or using Talgarth as a base you’re sure to revel in the charm and hospitality which this town has in abundance. It has always been a centre for trade and commerce and was famous for its horse fairs up to the end of the 19th century.
