Earth Walk:This special walk involves using different senses to build a relationship in both feeling and understanding of the natural world.

 Main Activity

The children will be taken through the woodlands and fields surrounding Danywenallt, stopping off at different points for a range of activities. The activities will encourage pupils to experience the richness and wonders of the natural world by using the senses of the body including sight, hearing, smell and touch. Activities may include ‘eye in the sky’, ‘meet a tree’, ‘colour palettes’, ‘symphony’, and ‘smelly cocktails’.
