Penwyllt and Ogof Ffynnon Ddu National Nature Reserve

Ogof Ffynnon Ddu is one of the most extensive cave networks in Europe. Above ground are limestone pavements and scarps.

In and around Penwyllt are the remains of a former firebrick works, quarry-workings including tramroads and inclines scattered across the landscape.
