All new staff will be inducted on their first day with the Authority. Within the first six months our Chief Executive will outline the role and duties of the Authority and the contribution that staff make to the organisation.
Within the first six months you will also be invited to attend a tour of the National Park organised by one of our Area Managers.
Each year the Authority encourages new staff to attend the National Parks Staff Induction course at one of our National Park Study Centres - either Losehill Hall, Peak District National Park Authority or Plas Tan Y Bwlch, Snowdonia National Park Authority.
