Julie James

Mrs Julie James is a former Personnel Director in the aviation industry. She lives near Llandeilo and is a keen walker and a founder member of the Brecon Beacons Western Local Access Forum. She is currently a Non Executive Director of Estyn, an Independent Board Member of the Hywel Dda Local Health Board, Vice Chairman of Carmarthenshire CC Standards Committee, Trustee/Director of Keep Wales Tidy, a Director of the South West Wales Regional Tourism Partnership, an Assessor for the WAG Corporate Health at Work Standard and a Member of the Dyfed Powys Police Misconduct Panel. She also holds a number of voluntary appointments, including being a member of the Council of Swansea University. Previous public appointments include Non-Executive Directorships of the Welsh Ambulance Trust, Pembs & Derwen NHS Trust, Health Professions Wales and a Member of Ofcom Advisory Committee for Wales
