Balancing recreation and conservation needs
Brecon Beacons National Park Authority is currently working towards producing a code of conduct for organisations and individuals engaged in gorge-walking. The gorges of the Geopark and indeed the wider National Park are nationally important for their specialised habitats for a number of species and it is vital that these are not inadvertently damaged.
