The Brecon Beacons National Parks promotes sustainability and the principles of sustainable development throughout its work.
Sustainability is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Our vision of sustainable development remains a broad one, embracing commitments to improving quality of life, promoting equality and tackling disadvantage and poverty.
Our aim is for a sustainable future for the Brecon Beacons National Park where action for social, economic and environmental improvement work together to create positive change.
